Pizza Night

Over the last year one of the styles of pizza I have focused on is the Neapolitan. This pizza is Neapolitan dough topped with red sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil. All of these pizzas were baked in a ooni pizza oven.

For these two pizzas my friend and I wanted a less traditional pizza. The left pizza is topped with a spiced red sauce, mozzarella cheese, red onions, and tandoori chicken. The right pizza is topped with a sweet red sauce, oaxaca cheese, tandoori chicken, red onion, and a jalapeno ranch.
