The web is built up on a bunch of diffrent content, but images are one of the most visual pleasing aspect. Images come in three diffrent forms jpg,png and gif
Thumbnail Images
Most of the time images have to be resized to fit the browser or UI being used by the user. So the images are resized and sometimes when clicked made bigger or smaller. In this case when you clickon the image it will be resized to larger. via toppng images
Alternate Text
Often times images might be to small or over crouded and the text might seem a little out of order. Designers will sometimes place text next to or around the image to make it look more appealing. Art done by: Alan Stewart
Media and Sound
