We're launching a simplified prototype of our custom PC quoting tool designed specifically for gamers who want a high-performance gaming PC but don't have the time, knowledge, or desire to build it themselves. This no-frills interface lets users easily select core components (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, etc.) while our system automatically calculates both the total cost and compatibility—eliminating the guesswork and technical confusion that typically overwhelms first-time buyers. The prototype is available as a single HTML file that requires no installation, making it accessible to anyone with a web browser. We're particularly interested in feedback from gamers who've been frustrated by either overcomplicating DIY tools or vague "contact us for a quote" forms from other builders.
The layout of the V2 prototype was revised to address key user feedback and improve overall usability. By introducing a tabbed interface with distinct "Game Presets" and "Custom Build" modes, we created a more flexible and intuitive system that caters to both casual users seeking quick recommendations and advanced users who prefer manual control over their PC configurations.
