Pokémon (originated from Japan) are creatures of all shapes and sizes who live in the wild or alongside humans. For the most part, Pokémon do not speak except to utter their names. Pokémon are raised and commanded by their owners (called “Trainers”). During their adventures, Pokémon grow and become more experienced and even, on occasion, evolve into stronger Pokémon.
Pokemon is known world wide for example toys(cards), videogames and TV series, let me explain some of them and let me tell you my opinion about pokemon. It is not much but I will tell you how much I know....
The main videogame (also in pc and phone but mostly in nintendo) they use is nintendo, it started with a gameboy then years gone by and now there is a nintendo switch and the TV series started in 1997 up until present, each series have their own generation, in 2021, we are in generation 8, you may see how the animation style changes throughout the years and it is still popular.
I have always been a fan of pokemon, I had card collections, I almost knew all pokemon in each gen by heart, I watched every show even in Japanese and I have around 5 games in my nintendo, my first was a nintendo dsi and then my second is a nintendo 3ds. And I know, I may be a nerd but thats all right.
