now here is where the hard part starts. step 1, Inhale by sucking in air through your mouth or nose do this for 2-5 seconds,

Step 2, for deep breaths hold the air in for 3-7 seconds if you are not doing a deep breath hold for 0-2 seconds.

Step 3, for deep breaths exhale or compress your belly for 2-7 seconds if you are not doing a deep breath exhale for 1-3 seconds
