The Expierence users will expierence is a way to learn a bit more about html by giving examples of HTML and CSS while also showing how it'll look on a webpage
The reason I chose to have the webpage have this soft blue color is because it makes it pop from the background since it has a transparent white background. As for the side bar it makes navigation easy since it's fixed and will always be on the screen. For the borders having the information be seperate and orginized makes it easily readable and to be able to find information.
