"Cultural decade"
- Vivid colors, The Beatles, and peace signs defined the 60’s. TV was now an essential element in every home, and just there, the bright pigments that represented the 60’s, filled the screen. This remarkable invention was created by the Mexican engineer Gillermo Gonzales Camarena, who figured out a way to bring color to the screen, by broadcasting three monochrome images, oneeach in the three colors of red, green, and blue.
