Volleyball

Volleyball is a sport that is played between two sides of the gym, A single player can may jump as many as 300 times per game.

The same player can't hit the ball twice in a game, The volleyball net is 7 feet and 11 inches tall. When the server is serving they must be beind the line in order to get the point.

Type of Volleyball Hits

• 1. bump is to hit the ball below the head after a serve
• 2.serve is starting the with the ball and it has to be over the net.
• 3.set is where you pass the ball over the net or passing it to a teamate
