About Me
My name is Chloe Offutt. I'm fourteen years old, and I'm currently living in Vero Beach, Florida. I was born in Gansu, China. My parents adopted me when I was 11-months old, and brought me to the States. My father served in the Air Force for 28 years, and because of his career, I've spent my entire life moving all around. I think I'm a reasonably outgoing person, and I'm tolerable to be around, for the most part. My father retired from the military this past year, and we now live in gator country. Vero Beach is on the Southern East Coast of Florida, near Ft. Pierce. I'm an amateur coder at best, but I'm opened to learning and building this skill. However, I'm by no means creative.
