Supportive and accepting of me as an employee and person.
An enviornment where I am comfortable asking questions & is supportive of continued learning.

Allows me to exercise my natural teacher drive. An example is travelling to make presentations teaching about accessibility.

I'm very motivated to learn and grow my current knowledge.
Demanding a lot of myself, even when a beginner.
Being very demanding of myself. I often insist on excellence/perfection, even when new to something.

If I can't do it perfectly, why bother?.
Small step forward = still something.
Recognizing even a little progress.
Show myself how far I've come.
Looking at my earliest projects does show me where I started. To really show it, creating a timeline would really help me see my progress.
